This week's menu:

Monday:   Rib eye steak, buttered potatoes with parsley, steamed carrots & fresh croissants.                                                                                                                                                                                                  The Rib-eye steak is a very tender cut of beef, a full flavored rich cut that beautifully displays marbling and texture.

Tuesday:  Spaghetti, made with 1# ground beef, freshly made sauce, a garden salad & garlic bread.

Wednesday:  Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes & beef gravy, sweet corn & a small side salad.

Thursday:  Beef stew made with Beef kabobs, chunked celery, potatoes & carrots & onion.  served with cottage cheese & fresh biscuits with butter.

Friday:  Sirloin Steak Pan fried with steamed rice with butter, steamed broccoli flowerets & fresh tomato wedges.
